Clinton did nothing about the attacks while he was president.

The Path to 9/11 is probably accurate ... and I still won’t blame an American President.
That it was theoretically preventable is not the worst part of 9/11. Once underestimating a threat is forgivable. The real tragedy would be underestimating the threat twice.

As I looked at those demolished towers in Lebanon, it entered my mind that we should punish the oppressor in kind and that we should destroy towers in America in order that they taste some of what we tasted. --OBL, 1982
1982! Just how long had the attacks been in the making? And when we finally get access to Musawi's laptop w/info about the Hamburg cell that could've prevented the attacks, the CIA is forbidden to look inside and pass the information on to the FBI. Apparently, intel agencies doing their job and sharing info is a bigger problem to Gorlick than potential terrorist attacks.

Clinton consistantly ignored the warning signs. Play the clock out if you will. 9/11 happened on GW Bush’s watch, 9 months after assuming office. Clinton had been president for 8 years and allowed the situation to fester, but Mr. Bush got the blame. And the Party’s media was all upset that clinton wasn’t president when it happened. Really makes you wonder just what clinton what have done to us if he had been president. His media was all upset about the fact that clinton wasn’t president when it happened. Wonder why?
