Sounds like The Onion. But everything widdle Barry says sounds like the team at The Onion wrote it for him.

Maybe the label should only be printed on natural hemp fiber tags using only dye from hand picked, organically farmed blackberry seeds. Picked of course by shovel ready workers that don't use animal products of any kind and wrap their feet with ferns.

Van Jones can be label Czar. This all sounds about right. The economy should be humming along nicely in just a few months...unless the evil republicans obstruct this fab plan.
