If the cops are going to do this, they should do it with lethal injection or gassing. It uses less resources, is less painful (to all involved) and requires less energy. I wish the cops would come over and deal with the homeless guy who collects bottles out of my dumpster using a stolen shopping cart. </sarcasm>
