and both are low most likely due to their high intake of seafood and kelp. Iodine promotes what’s called apoptosis, which is the natural death of cells. Cancer cells don’t die, they multiply. Iodine makes the cells die a natural death.

I’ll point something else out about magnesium which is a crucial mineral. It makes 350+ other things click into place in your body when you are getting enough. Calcium MUST have enough magnesium with it to dissolve. We are all very deficient in mag as well and a series of symptoms of that are ‘calcifications’ in your veins (plaque), asthma, breast calcifications, kidney stones, gallbladder stones, etc etc.
