Atlanta Prerace Ping!

The pre-race festivities have been moved up a bit in order to have the green flag fly promptly at 7:30 p.m. It appears we have a good opportunity to get the race in tonight and our track services staff will do everything possible to maximize that opportunity. So come out, enjoy the cooler temperatures and light breeze while you take in all the sponsor displays and activity all around the track.

It’s looking like we’ll get some racing tonight... dunno how much. That lower green glob might tend more easterly and save some jet fuel... then we get the whole race tonight. Time to remove the beasties from the marinade and attempt to set far to the deck. BRB.

Panic time. Beer distributors are closed.
Have to ge it by the six pack at taverns. Stupid Pennsylvania. You can get two, but you have to go outside and come back in again for the 2nd six pack.
Of course the price is double or more from a tavern.

Reporting in from Colorado Springs. On the road to see a gaggle of hot air balloons light up tonight. Tomorrow at 7am there will be 80+ of them lifting off. Should be pretty neat.

Drove through Gardens of the Gods today too. Some interesting rocks.
