I have been doing it for a year and a half, and I have a rather large Herman Cain ping list that would attest to that.
In fact, I rarely criticize another candidate unless they are obviously pretending to be something they are not.
It's a sad thing to see how many long-term Freepers use the same Saul Alinsky tactics as the Dims because they can't defend their position or offer a better candidate and back their choice with facts.
I prefer Palin to Perry, but she's not in it at this time and I believe Perry is the best choice/hope we have at this point - would vote for him with a smile.
We get the so-called purists who hear a MSM or Left-wing hit piece on Perry and they suddenly become incapable of sifting out the fact from the fiction or making comparisons to determine the best choice. They want the "Perfect" candidate, but can't name/explain one.
There are still a bunch of good Freepers, but the useful tools are multiplying to the point that they are worse than the typical ZOT candidate these days.
