To: Tolerance Sucks Rocks

I felt it in Northeast Philadelphia on the second floor of a fieldstone house. The house is built like a fortress, so I never expected anything to shake it, but I saw things moving & heard the rumble, two rumbles, actually, just lasting a few seconds, but enough to scare me out of the room. It restarted my “perpetual motion” machine, which had been dormant for months. Fifteen minutes later, it’s still going.

I’m in a 300 year old log house and the logs dampen *everything* and I felt it something fierce.

At first I thought my Dobermann was having a massive seizure or something because the sofa was “trembling” violently.

At the same time I put my hand over to feel his side, he jumped up and looked me in the face like he thought *I* was doing it.

The sun-catcher lead crystal prism ball thingy in the window was swinging like mad.

That was...interesting.

Now that I’ve felt an earthquake, I hope I never feel one again.

Here, it was a continuous rocking/rolling “wave” feeling.
