Hi, I know this is an old thread but...is there any truth to this email I’m getting that claims that Barack Obama is the first president in 100 years to NOT sign Eagle Scout certificates?

I can say that all before and after Clinton sent letters GHW Bush and GW Bush sent those letters with personalized handwritten messages and signatures on them Clinton sent preprinted post cards with autopen signatures. As to Obama I've not heard of any letters being received.
