Meryl Streep jumped the shark when she wailed before Congress about Alar on apples or some such.
And she’s getting old (exactly my age) and tiresome. Probably will wind up like Joan Crawford, playing ingenues in her seventies.
Anyway, Lady Thatcher is just that, a great lady. Didn’t know she was widowed in 2003. I know what that’s like. But I’ll just bet that her mind is still sharp which is a tragedy in itself, watching your physical self in decline. And whoever said that Mrs. Thatcher still makes the lefties foam with rage is spot on. She made monkeys out of them when she was British PM.
When I heard it was being made, I was interested in perhaps seeing it (I rarely go to or even watch movies). Not now.
Fake, but accurate? Sounds familiar.
