Yep. Not saying it would be right but if she hadn’t said this and something happened to the guy they coudln’t charge her with premeditation. I don’t see a jury convicting a mom killing a child rapist. Should be a death penalty anyhow!
I believe at one time in the not-too-distance past it was, along with kidnapping and murder. Amongst the three crimes, rape is probably the worst due to the long-term effect it has on the life of the victim.
Nah, let her vent and express outrage... Now, some day when she has a rock-solid alibi, one of the family’s good friends will take care of business. The police will dutifully look at her with her statements and motive, and come up dry.
I can assure you if I was on the jury and she filmed herself torturing the slimebag to death, I’m STILL not voting guilty.
