Cats expect to be left alone until it's time to be let in & fed, yet offer nothing in return.

Tell that to the little blob of orange fur that is sitting in my lap right now and spends a lot of time there while I am on the computer. He has 24/7 food and 24/7 access to the outside. Tell that to the other cat that brings mice, rats, birds and whatever for me to eat. Cats give a lot in return, they are just limited in what they are able to give compared to dogs. One big advantage they do have over dogs is you can leave them on their own for 3 or 4 days or even more and they will be just fine, can't do that with a dog.

When was the last story you heard of a cat sitting for weeks beside their beloved owners’ grave, to the point it wouldn’t move and others had to feed it there? Last one I remember was from the Chile earthquake not too long ago. But there are others.

As a real cat-person, and not a dog-person, but a hard worker I have to say: GOOD ONE!

I have to work hard, I have a kitteh to support!
