I've just been here a few days but I want to tell you I love this site. It is the best source of news, analysis, and intelligent discussion that I've found on the net.
I do have one question. Why do we allow the Liberals to get away with using the term "Progressive". I just saw this come up on a thread and I figured I'd be hijacking a perfectly good thread to get an answer or I'd get no answers at all. Anyway the liberals love to call themselves "Progressives", why doesn't anyone ever ask what they are trying to progress toward?
Just a little pet peeve of mine.
I believe we should always capitalize democRat. Just do it properly.

Liberals claim they are ‘ Socially Aware ‘ and ‘ Environmentally Aware ‘ and ‘ Enlightened ‘. To disagree with them you must therefore be unaware and ignorant.

But, as Rush says, the media is controlled by leftists, and it is their prime weapon of propaganda (again, part of Communist plans since the 40’s).....we cannot change that.
Thankfully, now there is alternative media to present the other side.

You should capitalize them. By capitalizing you are designating them a group that call themselves by that name. It is like a man whose last name is Black. Mr. Black may or may not be black, he may even be white, but he is still a Black. By not capitalizing Liberal you are saying they are liberal.
I consider “progressive” to be such a bad word that I will not ever even consider purchasing a policy from Progressive Ins....
Bugs “progressives” are liberals, but they have little tails. The tails are just a few inches long and covered with fine fur.

In the meantime they get elected to office and appoint judges. Keep in mind that half the population has below average intelligence and their votes count the same as yours.

I get the feeling they are “sleeper dims” - sort of like McCain’s campaign staff of idiots. They’re some of the ones who think it’s okay to have a “gang of” - they need to go - all of them.

If you mean the MSM they already know what they want to progress towards so there is no need to ask.
And if you don't know they're sure not going to tell you!
