Jeremy Brett was born for the part. I’m not sure about fruity, I think it’s all part and parcel with his interpretation of the character. Adding to your instant queue now lets you add the entire dvd, all the episodes. I watched two last night and will probably do the same later.

I really enjoy Brett’s Sherlock ( but like I say, it’s the only one I’ve seen.) I like the chemistry between him and Dr. Watson, also very well played. And I like the time period, the sets, etc. Just some light fun.

Jeremy Brett was a homosexual man. Not that it makes a difference though. He was an excellent Sherlock Holmes. Unfortunately he is no more. Hopefully they will find a new Sherlock Holmes equal to Brett’s character.
