From what I have read, Perry favors allowing children of illegal immigrants - that have lived in Texas all their lives - the chance for college and paying in-state tuition, which BTW yearly cost of attending an in-state four-year public college now tops $16,000 per year. He says he doesn't think it is right to punish the children for what their parents have done. So I don't think he is advocating "special" or free tuition, only the availability to qualify for in-state tuition. All other qualifications must also be met such as grade level averages, etc. But, hey, I'm only starting to learn about the guy and haven't made any firm decision yet. He's a heck of a lot better than the doofus we have now. Plus, I think he is strongly electable, which we really need for this race.
He is way better than the Big O have to admit. I think people are sick of professional politicians. I am in Texas and feel many won’t support his election.
