Current Texas Governor Rick Perry will, in all likelihood, be president of the United States in January of 2013.
Having already made that bold statement in the electronic media during appearances on Fox News and on the nationally syndicated Mancow Radio Experience, now it's time for to put down in "print" why I believe Perry will be our next president.
I did the same thing in December 2006. I was the first political commentator to predict that Barack Obama would be the next president, and I said that would be especially true if John McCain were his opponent.
The story of how my prediction turned into our nation's current nightmare is documented in my new best selling book, "No He Can't: How Barack Obama is Dismantling Hope and Change."
So far, the 2012 GOP presidential field has felt odd and disjointed to me, especially since former Arkansas and Alaska Governors Huckabee and Palin were long in making their up their minds about whether to get into the presidential race.

I think I am down to Perry and Herman Cain,
Perry is the only one that has come out strongly against Global Warming Scams and Herman Cain may be the only one smart enough to turn it into a business decision that can come to a logical conclusion that it is a scam.
LOL - I love that you’ve discovered Agent P. :-D
And there’s the democrapic propaganda CUT AND PASTED like a professional whacko that operates on the White House website!
Fair disclosure: I don't live in TX, don't know Perry. If he's the guy running against 0, he's got my vote...
He has problems with Borders and Islam !
Obviously you don't read much.
Perry/Caine?
Perry/Rubio?
Perry/Bachmann?
Palin/Perry?
I think maybe they mean pro-Amnesty, pro cap & tax Christie.
I thought enough had been exposed about that RINO that we were done with him. I guess not.
I haven't made a decision as to whom I'll support yet (although I have already decided who I WON'T - Romney), but I want to point out that there's no love lost between Bush and Perry.
They're not particularly fond of each other.
He was more Conservative as he needed to be...
Ain’t he great! What a guy! :o)
Like you say, the MSM would portray Bush and Perry as blood brothers.
Yep. He’d win in a heartbeat. I don’t know anything about this judge but, you know, not all Muslims are bad people. There are Ismaili Muslims who themselves are persecuted by other Muslims for their tolerance to “non-believers”.
Of course, you know none of that matters now. All that matters is that in the past year ol’ Rick has strapped on his liberty boots, given a speech or two to the Tea Party crowd with guns a’blazin, written a book about his true blue conservatism and had Texas sized prayer meetings. He’s seen the light, I tell ya! He’s born again! Dipped in the blood of Reagan! Hallelulluah! LOL!
Didn’t Perry rate a D+ by Numbers USA on immigration matters?
Those debt numbers include LOCAL GOVERNMENTS. You’re holding Perry responsible for those?
Any Republican, even Huntsman, would be vastly better than Obama. When Obama was elected, I said in one sense it was a good thing because he would wake up people instead of McCain dragging the Republican brand through the mud for four years. Fine...the people have learned the lesson, and we can't survive four more years of it.
Anyone is better than Obamageddon, except for maybe Scary Reid or Piglosi.
Perry is better than Romney and can beat him in the primary. I do not want Romney - at nearly all costs - and if it means I support someone who is a tad RINO-esque and is a real leader to get us out of this awful economic mess, then that’s what I’ll do. Romney is just Obama with better hair and smaller ears.
