There are zer0 SSN’s that begin with 942. SSN’s for Hawaii begin with 575! He was talking about ZIP codes. I don't know what the zip codes were for two areas then, but he's right that if you change the first number of a Honolulu zip code to a 0 it becomes a Connecticut number.
