I tend to agree and see it beginning in early November 2012, when Obama is soundly defeated. There is huge pent up money on the side and the wireless communications revolution is the next big thing, like Internet Revolution II. Right now though, people are sitting back and waiting - no sense committing resources in the current business climate.
