And there I always think a bear did something else in the woods.. Shark fishing never crossed my mind. Now, how this answers the question about a tree falling I’m sure will come to me soon.

If you go out in the woods today
Be sure for a big surprise
If you go out in the woods today
You better go in disguise
For every shark that ever there was
Will gather there for certain because
Today’s the day the sharks
Have their picnic

It's kinda like finding a turtle on a fence post.
You just know someone put him there.

What’s the surprise, isn’t there a popular saying that goes something like “does a shark sh*t in the woods?”

Wasn’t there a White House shark once who was found fosterized in the woods?

There was either a tv program, urban legend or a short fiction mystery (yeah...I have no function memory left) featuring a scuba diver high up in the branches of a redwood tree in a forest - the question was how did he get there. The ‘solution’ was that a helicopter called in to dump water on a forest fire was hauling water from the ocean and scooped up a scuba diver by mistake. I guess the shark will make for a sequel tv program, urban legend, or short fiction story.

Obviously scooped out the ocean by firefighting helicopters, like all those skin divers found nearby. ;’) Thanks nickcarraway.

Is there a law against tossing a shark into the woods? If there isn’t leave it for the buzzards and drop the investigation.

Did they call in the Feds yet?
Sounds like something DHS, FBI and EPA could send 30-50 agents to investigate since there ain't much else going on in the country right now. < /s >
