I don't know how to post pictures. Wish I did. Mr Ditter used to be able to do it with his PC but now he has a new MAC and he can't figured it out. (sob we are so old and dumb sob)

Would someone like to come over here and show us how to do it? Hairy was so spectacular yesterday at The Forum convalescent center. He is such a good dog. :)

To post a picture at an HTML site like Free Republic, you must know the source code, which is in the form of a link.

The syntax for posting a picture is as follows:

<img src=http://i667.photobucket.com/albums/vv39/fullersstuff/dog_pony_show.jpg>

That particular image source (img src) is from my Photobucket album, and it will show as:



If you have a picture on your computer that you wish to post, it's best to upload it to Photobucket, imgur, or another web host for pictures. They have limited-use free accounts, and upgrades for a fee. Then when you use the URL from their source, the picture will stay where you posted it.

If you don't use a web host, your picture will disappear when you shut your computer off, LOL! so use the host.

LOL I keep forgetting. How is Mr. Ditter doing with his Mac? I love mine; although it is different. I still haven’t upgraded; but need an external drive. Try getting the Mac store out here to even answer the phone. I think I will take my computer somewhere else to get all this done.

Mr. freekitty is going in for cataract surgery this Wed. We are getting prepared for that.
