A California lawyer known for failed "birther" litigation against President Barack Obama that resulted in a $20,000 sanction from a U.S. District Court judge in Georgia has now irritated another member of the federal bench in the nation's capital, according to the Orange County Register.

Do you know if Orly is trying to show that (1) Obama isn’t an NBC (ie born in Kenya or born of a parent who is not a citizen) or (2) Obama is an imposter?
If Orly is trying to show that Obama isn’t an NBC, then one assumes that Obama SR & Ann Dunham are Barry’s parents and then the fake SS# wouldn’t really be helpful as evidence.

I'll try to be more clearer. I'm saying that an investigator named Daniels and another from Colorado have presented evidence that Obama's SSN is also associated with someone born in 1890, and other evidence shows that the SSN in question was issued in March - April, 1977.
Later, I believe it was Col, Hollister, who directly accessed an SS Administration database and found that the Connecticut SSN was never issued to Barack Obama, and it's entirely possible that it was never issued to anyone. I don't believe that is true that it was never issued to no one. I highly doubt the SSN is being used legitimately by Obama. It's entirely possible that someone at the SSA removed the SSN from a database that could be queried by someone in the public so to cover up for Obama.

Taitz has a brand new FOIA case against Obama as it was docketed today. Judge Lamberth will still be the presiding in this new case.
Also today, The Hawaiian DoH refused to honor the subpoena to see Obama COLB on file, which was predicable.
Taitz then went back to the Federal court in Hawaii to file an emergency motion to get the Hawaiian government to comply with and is now docketed for a hearing:
