Another stupid post....what part of investigation of the evidence and then filing charges against the guillty do you not understand...just because there were six cops there does not mean all of them were guilty or any of them were. At tyhis point all you know is the guy died and there were six cops present when he did.

A person can be found guilty of a criminal offense even if he did not personally commit the crime, but instead, aided and abetted its commission as part of a 'joint venture' with other persons.

We know much more than that. We know he was beaten to death and six cops were present at the time.

So if someone else beat him to death the cops did nothing to stop it. If one or more of those six cops beat him to death, the others did nothing to stop them.

Every jurisdiction needs an independent civilian review board with full investigative powers to look into possible crimes and misconduct by police. The board should also have an independent prosecutor for cases where they find reasonable cause to believe a crime was committed.
