They are saying on another channel that the Judge is not convinced that she actually served what is considered probation while in jail.

I think it is clear, myself. The other judge sentenced her to one year probation to be served after she is released. He made that clear in the check fraud appearance.

It sounds so totally impossible to serve probation while you're in jail. I thought probation is there to monitor your behavior once you're OUT OF JAIL.
