Darn you. I went to that site and found a pair of 7 year old Choc Labs...a brother and sister that need to be adopted. Now you got me feeling like I need to save them...

Join the crowd! It’s fun! Several weeks ago, we adopted a 9yo Australian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees and a 3 yo Gordon Setter mix from a local foster program that uses petfinder. We went for the older one, but he had been in foster care so long we were afraid he would be disoriented with no other dogs around, and the younger one had been in foster care about 9 months and really needed a ~big brother~ to show her the ropes.
Older labs are a joy to have around, they are through the puppy chewing, look-at-me stage, and into the wonderful young adult stage. You won’t regret giving them a home.
Give in, look into their sweet, big, trusting eyes and adopt them.
