Why did this happen in *Salmon* Idaho, and, more to the point, why *is* there a Salmon, Idaho?

It didn't. That is a foul misinterpretation by those miserable foreigners at Reuters. All it does is make us Idahoans look like crazies.

It happened in Idaho Falls. Big difference.
