I’ve received several of the prepaid debit cards for rebates on computer parts.

Rules seem to be that you must use within one year or they start taking a monthly charge of 2.50. Can’t be used for fuel.

Can’t be used for fuel.

Better tell that to the gas station where I used it for fuel.
