Well, you’ll never have legal protection in places like China or Russia, so there’s no point in worrying about that.

As soon as the device is on the market, they will just buy one and copy it.

There’s nothing you can do about that.

So this worry about stealing the technology is a non-starter.

Shut up and produce working devices that can be evaluated independently.

Your reasoning is bizarre.

It’s gonna get stolen anyways, so just “Shut up and produce working devices that can be evaluated independently.” So that the technology can be stolen.
