Anoka-Hennepin sued over bullying Rights groups charge that the district didn't do enough to stop it.

Two national civil rights groups and a Minneapolis law firm filed suit against the Anoka-Hennepin School District on Thursday, claiming that staff members in Minnesota's largest district didn't do enough for students bullied because of their perceived or actual sexual orientation.

The federal lawsuit was filed on behalf of five current and former students, who say they've been peppered with demeaning slurs, stabbed with pencils, even urinated on by classmates. It seeks to end the district's sexual orientation curriculum policy, which allows teachers to discuss sexual orientation issues but requires them to maintain neutrality.

The north metro district defended the policy and also said it wants to work with the civil rights groups. Outside a Champlin school, leaders from the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC), National Center for Lesbian Rights and the law firm Faegre & Benson held a news conference to announce the legal action.

It’s like a doctor being neutral about sickness and health. Either’s okay???

Sexuality under the dual influence of teenage hormones and emotional immaturity is all over the place, it is chaos to those experiencing it. The kids need clear guidelines as to what is healthy and what is not. Healthy at and individual level, and also just as important, healthy at a society-wide level.

Homosexuality is unhealthy at both levels. And just like at times we are more prone to being sick, our immune systems are weaker, the same thing applies to sexuality. Just as vibrant healthy societies encourage for health things like cleanliness, exercise, optimism, healthy lifestyles, family formation, protection of marriage and birth within marriage, so too do vibrant healthy societies encourage proper and modest sexual behaviors.

Of course a person gets weak and prone to sickness at times, and of course that applies in sexuality too. When a person is weakened we take extra effort to protect them from exposure to germs, and we advise rest and attention.

The same thing must apply to bringing kids through the high hormonal era of the teens and young adulthood with regards to sexuality.

But the modern culture does two things at once, and both make the sexuality sickened much worse. One is the modern cultural fad especially among elite and educators to take the sexuality weakened and amp up their exposure to sexuality in the name helping them better identify with the sickness, not to offer relief from the extreme symptoms felt by the emotionally immature high-active-hormone young adult.

The second thing is the counter-action in the peer group, the bullying. The peer group bullying against the sexuality confusions included those added by and amped up by the cultural elite is fierce. Nature tries to protect itself.

The target of the counter reaction is the weakened. The target of the elite’s misanthrophic policies are the weak. So what to higher percentages of the weak do? Higher suicides are to be expected.

Late note: And by sexuality I mean all sexuality, don’t focus so much on homosexuality, the proper focus is upon
teaching proper sexual behaviors, primarily that means personal modesty, secondarily encouraging family formation and marriage as the proper location for actual sex.

Proper sexual modesty is not just dress, it is stance, approach to others, speech, vision control. How to gracefully and effectively deal with public immodesty when encountered.
