You can’t blame other celebs or even her family. When an adult becomes an addict, only that adult herself can make a difference. She did go to rehab, and it never helped her. She didn’t let it.

I must admit, I don't "get" Russell Brand, but I was very touched by what he wrote. I saw a picture where he was hugging Amy, and I could see in his face the real pain of knowing what she was going through, and probably realizing that the odds were against her.
