She looks great in those pictures. Do you know the date? She breaks my heart. What a talent. Its like losing Dinah Washington or Sarah Vaughn. I really thought she’d get it together.
I wonder if she committed suicide? She looks so much healthier there than she had for a long, long time.
She was a singer for “Back to Black”... apparently won a handful of awards. Nice voice. Apparently her last performance she was booed off the stage because she was so stoned she could barely stand.

A lot of people don’t realize that when you take drugs, even alcohol, to excess, that each and every time, *damage* has happened to your insides, more or less. And that damage is cumulative. Most of the time, it only shows up years later, but if you really slam the drugs and alcohol hard, you can get acute damage that kills you quick.
Right now, a lot of baby boomers who did drugs like mushrooms and mescaline in the 1960s are suddenly cropping up with metastasized liver cancer, the end result of damage they did many years before, even though they eventually adopted a healthier lifestyle.
But to some surprise, even though she was a severe user of drugs, the pathologist might discover that she didn’t have too many drugs in her at that moment. Of course it is most likely that she had so many drugs in her system that her blood looked like syrup.
“Curious, this tattoo thing. Are some people attracted to people with this “artwork” on their bodies? Just wondering.”

Dang! My opinion of that yahoo, Russell Brand, just went up a few notches.
Some of the tabloids in the UK are saying that she purchased cocaine, ecstasy and ketamine on Friday. Looks like she had all types of hobbies.
Though no medical reports were ever released, I suspect that’s what happened to Peter Steele of Type O Negative.
He’d been clean and sober for several years, gone back to the church, gotten a new, “normal” girl friend, had a hit album, was very happy...and then was ‘found dead of apparent heart failure’ in his basement.
He was 6’ 8” which already brought along genetic ‘heart problems’ and regardless of cleaning up, his body just gave out.
You can’t undo permanent damage.
Such a pity...his voice was incredible.
Wow, not what I expected. She does look like, in these pictures anyway, like she’d put on some weight, and had a healthier appearance.
But as they say, appearances can be deceiving.
If she had curbed her drug use for awhile, and then went on a binge, whereas before her body was accustomed to it, this particular time, it was more of a shock to the body, and in the weakened state, the body just gave out. She called an ambulance, so it doesn't sound like it was a deliberate overdose, she probably figured her body could still handle it.
FYI..those pics were on Perez Hilton's website..they were taken LAST WEEK....so she'd obviousy gotten better.. It will be interesting to see what the Toxicology report says..
