Turn off valve.

Disconnect from barbeque.

Re-connect, making certain fittings are tight and the little rubber gasket is in place.

Open valve slowly.

There is a fuel flow restricter inside the valve which shuts it off if it detects too much flow. You must shut off the valve and remove downstream pressure before it will reset.
