What I haven’t seen here, is WATER! I have three 50 gallon drums stored in my basement, along with a little hand pump that sells for about $3.49 at Harbor Freight. Your local Farmer’s Co-op, Grange or Farm Supply sells clean water-quality barrels about as reasonably as you’ll find them. Just about every idea on this form requires water for mixing, cooking, etc., and without it, nobody will survive for long. Come to think of it, I think I’ll go buy a few more barrels and fill them. A few drops of bleach in each barrell will keep the water pure and safe to consume.
