Hubby smokes meats - it’s just a webber though. I’m bettin’ I can talk him into building one of these no problem.
We are almost finished our brick oven, but it has been useable. Yesterday, we had a big pizza party. Pizzas are ready in about two minutes! A wood fired brick oven is fantastic for cooking.
A good book that helped guide us is: The Bread Builders: Hearth Loaves and Masonry Ovens It is by Alan Scott. He helped popularize brick ovens.
