“...heard this evening that the Islamofascist had claimed responsibility.”
I think that has pretty much be debunked as a crank claim, those are easy to do and I don’t know if anyone had ever heard of the group who made the claim before.
Plus, it seems they caught this guy red handed, and we’ll see what ideology he may have, besides psycho-murderer of course.
Clearly he hates the Norwegian gov’t, that part seems clear.
Maybe people will start to find out the ties between the Islamofascist and the neo-fascist.
Debunked by whom? Islamist satellites change their name daily. The fact that you never heard of them means little.
Abu Suleiman Al-Nasser made the claim on secure jihadist website. And yes, lots of people have heard of him before today. He was a leader of AQ in Iraq and a writer for AQ's magazine "Inspire". He issued a threat against Wall Street earlier this year.
Since he wrote a lengthy letter of responsibility and has numerous writing samples available from his work with "Inspire", it shouldn't be too difficult to determine whether or not he wrote today's claim.
People will need to review the security and arrest videos carefully.
Norwegians have such things, right?
I don’t think there is an “original” Tyler Durden as it is a character from the movie “Fight Club”. A number of people and even websites are using the name now online.
