Silly, if they are criminals just call 911 and wait until the police show up to secure the situation. (you may want to have a couple of meals handy for your wait)

We get Lycra wearing bicyclist who ride on the winding two lane road (with no shoulder and blind corners) up to our area.

I cant see how any with half a brain would even think of riding a bicycle on this road.

There are hay hauling 18 wheelers & horse haulers that take up the whole lane.

Riding a bicycle on this road is just plain stupid.
