I was up all night running some calculations and have come to the conclusion that the Texas drought is directly related to the number of cattle being grilled too long and too hot...

Well you need to subtract my contribution last weekend, I did pork ribs.

And I actually watered while I was outside. Not that it does any good, everything is still dying.

Too long is inexcusable, but the too hot part is because they insist on using mesquite instead of a fruit wood, like civilized folks do.
