I’m also thinking FN because of the carry handle and look of the tripod... Maybe something like the FN MAG/M240? Also, no heat shield on the barrel is a clue. But these look like Qadaffi supporters and FN is more often thought of as a NATO gun... so I don’t know really... doesnt’ help that the receiver and stock are in shadow!
