All reports out of non-Kennedy people who have been inside have confirmed that the place is indeed dated and quite run down. Same went for the place in Palm Beach where the one Kennedy grandchild was accused of raping a young woman. Forget what his last name was.
I suspect that after old man Joe Kennedy died, that none of his kids wanted to spend money keeping either residence maintained in the proper fashion. All they wanted to do was use them as places to crash and party.
I remember when that place was the center of the universe. Long time passing.
It really does seem that the Kennedys have a curse - no point in going into whether or not it was deserved.
