Sarah has a studio attached to her home and the water behind her is actually a lake.

The background was from her home studio which was intended to be Todds airplane hanger. That is lake Lucile you see. She also has the same view from her living room. In the winter time interviews you can see people riding snow machines and cars in the frozen lake.
