By Alaska law, anyone could file an ethics suit against her at no cost to them regardless how frivolous.

I'll admit that I'm curious. I know that ethics in government was a big issue for Sarah, leading to her going into politics. Did the law that essentially drove her from office get passed when she was governor, or was that an older law?
