I am inclined to agree with you.
If this video is as stated, it would go to consciousness of guilt, especially since there have been statements that CA reacted dispassionately to reports of another body (or bodies?) being found in the general area.

Generally juror rights tend to lend themselves to acquittal but I personally think think a jury that can decide what evidence is admissible can just as easily find the new evidence to convict.

Jury nullification and knowledge of their rights got a bad name during some of the civil rights related murder trials of the 60s. Racist juries simply refused to convict guilty men. It ain’t pretty but it was within their rights which is why the feds found other means of getting convictions. (charged them under federal statutes and moved them to jurisdictions where convictions were more likely)

I agree. She seemed if reports are true almost smug when the other was found.
