Tape may be released. Judge Perry will make this call.
My thoughts on the verdict are that the jury was not interested in actual guilt or innocence. I think they were far more concerned with the worth of their future books and appearances on talk and news shows. Everyone says the deliberated for 11 hours (bad enough), but it was really more like 5, because they already knew what it was when they arrived dressed to the nines and ready to go home. As many have pointed out, that’s not even long enough to read the jury instructions, much less do any actual deliberating.
I truly think that laws should be passed making it illegal to sell a story—ok to TELL their stories, but not to sell them. And by the way, pay them a decent fee for serving. The way it goes now, it’s not even a pittance, it’s worse than that.
It wouldn’t surprise me if she actually did, without any encouragement from us! Her devious mind has either already come up with it, or will. Not just Baez, either. Mason probably has the deepest pockets.
I don't even think they deliberated 4 hours during that time. They should be totally ashamed of themselves. I certainly HOPE they have guilty consciences...they should.
Earlier I posted that Caylee was Casey’s plum. Caylee gave Casey power to run roughshod over her whole family.
After ripping off Cindy’s mother, the family started leaning hard on Cindy to do something about Casey. The blowup over that with Cindy threatening to get custody of Caylee, in Cindy’s mind it was all she had to threaten Casey with, was when Casey realized the gig was up.
Casey had went too far and now her little plum wasn’t going to be useful anymore and Mom wasn’t going to get that plum either.
GOOD BYE CAYLEE. The rest is all pathetic history.
Yeah, you have to wonder not only how they live with themselves, but how they sleep at night. Nightmares, anyone?
Night after night after night...
“”I listened to juror #11 last night on Greta. His explanations that I heard sounded stupid and lame. I couldnt watch Caseys lawyer, Ive had enough of those two irritating idiots.””
You would have turned it off at precisely the same time as I did. No way did I want to hear Mason AGAIN and I certainly won’t tune in for Part II tonight.
Greta should be ashamed of herself. That was the worse interview I have EVER seen ANYONE do! The guy said absolutely NOTHING - EXCEPT to offer that perhaps she’d want to ask more questions when she heard the answer he was about to give to her last question...Guess he wants a career in so-called journalism.
OR how about this? He used so many words to say nothing that he could find a job in the WH perhaps writing speeches for obozo! That would do it.
Did you notice his feet didn’t touch the floor from the chair he was sitting on? Hmmmm - maybe a “short” guy with a Napoleon complex???
Where’s the “Star Chamber” when you need one?
“”they proved absolutely nothing against George not even the affair was proven.””
Has anyone heard a “good” explanation as to why George was lying about having the affair and the “girlfriend” was not. It was just a given that as soon as that testimony was over, everyone on TV was reporting, “Well, her testimony proved that George was lying!”
W H A T? H O W?
One of the Peterson case Jurors was on HLN. He was saying that it was not his job to pick on these jurors, but there is no way they could have weighed any evidence in 5 hours.
As you said, the next morning the jurors came in all dressed up. They spent the next six hours probably playing bean bag until after lunch.
Sometimes I think there was some kind of hanky panky going on here to make a statement about the death penalty. I hear that too much out of these jurors.
A guilty woman walks free and a poor little girl is dead and tossed like she was trash.
Just wait until the shock fully wears off.
“think” time. Oops
What’s worse for our own division of the Flying Monkey Express is, according to Rasmussen, 61% of the people they polled said they thought Casey Anthony killed her beautiful little daughter.
One thing is certain. That jury was full of “tools”. All of them. They made the decision. They shouldn’t have people threaten them with harm, but they deserve the utmost criticism and a whole lot of scorn.
Lets face it, if all jurys were as “simple” as they are, there would be so many more killers going unpunished.
That’s low...the average of all polls is over 70%.
And the answer, which they signed:
They can mealy-mouth all they want now, but they were asked, and they replied, and signed their names to those papers.
I agree. She seemed if reports are true almost smug when the other was found.
I found that quite odd and iritating. If he'd said it one time I might have ignored it, but, he said it at least two times and I think it might have been more than that. Like he was fishing around. Sounded more like it was all about him. His answers and what he said was not intelligent, I still am baffled by the jury's decision. Think these people might have dollar signs in their eyes.
My thoughts exactly!!! It was just beyond nuts. I felt like I was living in the twilight zone. It was, let’s all just listen to all the gossip and ignore proof and circumstantial evidence.
