Hell no, I am not saying that she is not guilty. I am saying that if you think this:
the prosecution managed to fritter away what should have been a slam dunk case.
Then you need to man up and not say things like this:
the verdict was horrible
(point being, if the prosecution messed up, then the verdict was precisely correct). What the hell is wrong with us?
Well I’m not blaming the jurors for the verdict. What I meant was, it was horrible because the prosecution was horrible. What else can you expect when the state’s case was built on too much circumstantial evidence?
