But this is wrong and a Very dangerous precedent
Ever since both sides of the case have been able to hand pick the jurors, two things have happened.
First I have lost respect totally for our so-called justice system.
And I have failed to qualify to serve on a jury. Three times in the last 15 years or so.
A jury of peers today needs to be ignorant and uninformed to be deemed impartial. That, I've noticed, qualifies seriously medicated mental cases.
