Exactly! I pointed this out earlier - defendants pay EXPERTS a lot of $ to give what is called "expert opinion". They state their credential and then their opinion. It is very different from just any lay person's opinion. A jury is supposed to consider it as evidence - Who has seen more dead bodies than a M.E.? So - their opinion is based on years of examining dead bodies and looking at crime scenes.
