Well, so much for you knowledge. Greta verified that the jury foreman, for one, had something like 400 pages of notes. I won’t take the rest of your posts to me with much credibility.

I just caught your comment regarding the juror notes.

I would like to read the Greta transcript on this matter to see her exact comments. The following article says the juror notes will be or were destroyed. Therefore the chain of custody has not been disturbed and they are still with the court. Jurors would not be allowed to run around with their notes, that is for sure.

It seems self-serving to say notes were taken when that cannot be confirmed. FWIW, numerous people in the courtroom who were watching the jurors have stated they saw very few notes taken.

From the last line of the article:
"In compliance with Florida state regulations, the juror notes will be collected and destroyed, court spokeswoman Karen Connolly Levey told ABC News."

Heard Banfield say this AM that the “Jurors” were unhappy with the Pros because they didn’t say good morning .

The jury foreman stated he had taken 400 pages of notes......Greta did not show the notes, nor verify his claim....he made the claim himself. I questioned a lot of what this man said. The only independent statements I have heard are from reporters and their ilk in the courtroom stating very little note taking ever took place. They are more believable since they were independent observers.

Did you see last night’s interview? I caught it. I was fascinated by the foreman’s claim that he “encouraged” the other jurors NOT to go before the cameras immediately after the verdict because they were sobbing and emotional....many do believe Casey is guilty........my conclusion: many were coerced into this verdict and he didn’t want it to all come out like that.....HE prefers to be the “spokesman” for the jury and get his side out in front first and foremost. This guy sounds like a master manipulator much the same as Casey.

So the juror is lying? I suppose you would say that anyone who had evidence or anything that challenges your viewpoint is lying? I can see how you would decide cases.
