He testified that the first time he picked that bag up about 4ft and the skull rolled out. The second time he picked the skull up with a stick. I’d say that allows for the statement it was moved rather significantly.
and the duct tape stuck firmly to the hair which was attached to the skull.......it didn’t fall off....seems it was attached to her not the bag or anything else....or it wouldn’t have still been there. the rest proves nothing one way or the other.
