Who put the tape there? Was it someone from the family, some who was helping them with tape supplied by a family member, who? And please don’t give your opinion “because it must have been her”. I want concrete evidence.

What a dumb question....ya think maybe the authorities have attempted to establish this somewhere along the way?
I don’t think whoever did this had a snapshot taken while doing so. Which of course would be “concrete evidence” I suppose.
