No kidding.
I don’t care who likes it, I think the jury returned the correct verdict. It doesn’t mean I like it, just that the prosecution overreached.
heck why even bother with trials anymore, just get some pitchforks and a bonfire.
The Mob is disgusting. I think so too. The Law dictated the verdict. Now the Mob is after the Jury.
I was thinking the same thing.
I did not watch the trial but was there any evidence that she harmed her child other than her attitude and behavior after her daughter disappeared.
In my heart I feel she is responsible for that child’s death.
Here's a woman ~ she has a little kid ~ kid is missing ~ she didn't say anything about that for a full month while she was busy getting tattoos, partying, and so forth.
So, what happened to the kid?
I think you have to hold her seriously accountable for the break in the chain of custody.
I agree, but I’d say the prosecution undercharged. It appears they were unanimous in finding that there was no evidence of cause of death. That’s the prosecution’s fault- should have charged negligent homicide, child endangerment, etc., and might have had a chance for conviction.
Okay, let loose with the “everybody KNOWS she did it/what about justice for Caylee/defense lawyer slime” responses. I’ve been a prosecutor, defense counsel and judge. This case was poorly charged, and the defense’s job is to make sure the prosecution proves each and every element of the charged offense.

Oh really...in what way since they could have found her guilty of the other counts. So No, the prosecution didn't overreach....your arguement has no weight...you're just quoting what some of the news journalists have attempted to argue..and they failed as well to prove their point.
