Get some cotton socks and some of those cheap imitation Crocs from the supermarket.

Soak the bottoms of the socks in water and wear them and the shoes for 3-4 hours. Use a spray bottle of water to keep the heel area wet for the whole time.

Use one of those heel sanders after the dead skin drys out a little. Then use some Nivea Body lotion - or any good lotion.

Do this for a couple or few days and your feet will be very improved.

Bingo!! Try Bag Balm, works on sensitive cow udders, it ought to work on your heels.
