Drinking milk makes me severely congested for three days. But I do eat my veggies. They are particularly good fried. Fried eggplant, fried green tomatoes, fried zucchini, fried summer squash, fried broccoli, fried cauliflower, fried mushrooms, fried radishes, fried onions.......Yum yum. :-)
